Iraqi government will make a budget payment to Kurdistan, according to financial ministry of Iraq.
Hoshiyar Zebari said, “The delay in what is meant to be a monthly transfer of over $1 billion from Baghdad in exchange for oil from the semi-autonomous region was due to a fiscal crisis rather than political factors.” 
He also stated that both Baghdad and Erbil are keen on arrangements. Nonetheless, he has not said anything in regards to the payment’s amount.
From January 2014, since Baghdad cut payment, Iraqi Kurdistan has begun combating against monetary emergency, but this was resumed again in December by Baghdad. As per statement, Baghdad has paid a small amount of the payment. Iraqi government expressed on this respect that the oil given by Kurdistan to Iraq’s State Oil Marketing Company doesn’t coordinate the volumes the Kurdistan committed on.
Hoshiyar Zebari has stated,
“It also remained a cornerstone of bilateral relations. It’s a comprehensive deal that means a great deal for everybody. Both sides are committed to it and that is encouraging.”
Kurdish officials in Irbil have debilitated to sue purchasers and increase independent oil exports. They said that they have as of now been compelled to offer some oil independently as Baghdad hasn’t paid them and the locale have to meet stuffed public sector finance and additionally reimbursing creditors.
Mr. Zebari commented that with no staid progress the arrangement won’t support. He is sure that the two parties want to keep away from such circumstance.
