By the end of this year until next year, Iraq endeavors to develop its oil production up to 360,000 from 3 southern oil fields, confirmed by a senior Iraqi oil official recently. They expect Iraq to receive a total production of 3.61 million barrels per day. 
The increase production of oil output in Iraq means growth from its former downfall economy. Currently, the Iraqi oil ministry is anticipating for the best result of their plans regarding the production of the oil mills to boosts per day for this year (2013).
This plan is integral to develop Iraq economy and pulling Iraqi dinar’s exchange rate against foreign dollars.
Abdul Mahdy al-Ameedi and the head of Iraqi oil ministry’s petroleum contracts informed that when the plan goes well, the first outcome from its 13 billion barrels supergiant West Qurna-2, developed by Lukoil OAO Holding of Russia will be initiated in approximate 150,000 barrels per day as target outcome by the end of 2013 or early on 2014.
Mr. Ameedi said that the first production by Majnoon oil field from 12.6 billion barrels supergiant through the major Royal Dutch Shell PLC, and at late September or starting October they expect to begin 175,000 barrels per day.
Furthermore, the land of Iraq is also commencing to develop from 30,000 to 35,000 barrels per day outcome from the Garraf oil field, which was promoted by Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., or Japex and the Petronas Carigali of Malaysia at late August or at starting September.
With the help of more producing fields including respectively the West Qurna-1, Rumaila, Zubair and Halfaya, managed by Exxon Mobil Corp., BP PLC, Eni SpA and PetroChina, more growing outcomes are expected to increase in Iraq oil production.

The Iraqi oil ministry also indicated that it is currently even more productive with 3.25 million barrels per day, weighing up from its production in the previous year that only took 2.9 million barrels per day.
